Situated proudly in the East, it’s a highly-coveted hideaway, offering delightful doses of charm and character, delivered with exquisite taste and world-class service. Having been the beating heart of our community for over 100 years, they also know how to hold a special occasion in style. Whether it’s for a business meeting, private dinner, drinks reception or wedding ceremony, there is a range of spaces that will make the perfect backdrop for your event.


Bethnal Hall can be adapted to fit virtually any specifications you may have in mind for a beautifully executed event, such as a gala Christmas gathering, a fun birthday celebration, or a productive corporate event. The large space offers 190 square metres of space, plenty of room for up to 200 guests or delegates. The walls very discreetly recess into the ceiling to divide the room into four smaller areas. The original 1930s decor, gleaming wooden flooring, and warm lighting will make you and your guests feel comfortable and welcome.


The De Montfort Suite at The Town Hall Hotel is a magnificent room with vast arched windows, Art Deco glass panels and historic architecture combined with modern design. This impressive space has plenty of light and is an ideal venue for meetings and day workshops. The De Monfort Suite also features its own kitchen and a hotel bedroom,  perfect for small weddings receptions! Also for corporate lunches and dinners. This room can accommodate up to 60 guests for dining and up to 110 guests for reception.


The Council Chamber room at The Town Hall Hotel is a truly distinctive Art Deco space that features stunning original green leather seats and fold down tables. This beautiful chamber is a unique space, fantastic for wedding reception, conference or lecture and has also been very popular for photo shoots and filming. The Council Chamber can hold up to 71 guests for seating and up to 100 guests for reception.
