COCKTAIL WORKSHOP
Your team will enjoy a cocktail masterclass in which you’ll learn from in-house mixologists to make (then drink) a selection of four seasonal winter cocktails in a specialist workshop in Shoreditch. You’ll use fine liquor, fresh ingredients and specialist equipment in your own area behind one of the custom-built cocktail bars. Non-drinkers will also be catered to, with a top quality selection of 0% options.
The two hour workshop starts with a cocktail upon entry to your dedicated masterclass lounge. You’ll then be guided through the background and concepts of mixology, and learn fundamental techniques before making your own cocktails. Next you’ll indulge in some healthy competition as each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make their own original cocktail. Who will be crowned the cocktail making champions?!

Next you’ll head to Soho for the greatest show of all! Get ready to raise your steins + spirits at this Bavarian Christmas Kabaret.
Enjoy an Alpine-inspired winter menu whilst you are immersed in a Bavarian Christmas theme with brass bands, marching bands, choirs, Santa + Mrs Claus, keg tapping, extra special Kabaret + Haus band performances and so much more.
Each day of the week features a different show – from Kunst Kabaret with flamboyant performances from the cabaret underworld, live jukebox bands, disko bands and interactive artistes.
