Your party will start with a cocktail workshop in an excellent Fitzrovia venue, where cocktail classes have been a focus for a decade. Set across the two floors, the ground floor space is the perfect area for cocktail workshops, and can either feel light and airy, or a little more dark and sexy as the evening goes on. This venues approach to cocktail workshops is a bit different. They aim for fun – but they’re a lot more practically useful than your standard workshop.

Starting with welcome drinks to get everyone settled they then begin the theoretical parts – talking about what flavour really is, how it works in both food and drink, and the structure around which most cocktails are built. In this section they’ll show you how to make a number of cocktails, as delicious samples are handed out to demonstrate the points

They will also talk a little about hosting – and how to make cocktails stress-free at home. Then it’s time for the practical. Here, every single guest is welcome to come behind the bar and put their learnings to the test, making their own drinks with a little guidance. The purpose is simple – for guests to walk away with a foundational knowledge of how flavour works, and how to not only produce tasty drinks at home, but how to do so quickly and easily, with minimal stress!

Then it’s a short walk to a private room above a friendly neighbourhood Victorian pub that offers great drinks and excellent wood-fired pizza! The independently owned pub features a private room upstairs, seating up to 30 guests.

The room is yours exclusively for the evening and is a beautiful, light and airy private space. With a fireplace, surround-sound music system and smart TV, the charming room is the perfect back drop for a casual dinner after your cocktail workshop!

The package includes one pizza for each guest from the amazing kitchen residency offering options like La Parmagiana (tomato, basil, fior de latte, wood roasted aubergine, datterini, parmesan) and Jesús (tomato, basil, fior de latte, pepperoni, jalapeno). Plus half a bottle of wine or two bottles of beer for each guest!
