COCKTAIL MAKING CLASS & SOCIAL BINGO

You’ll kick things off a high quality and fully interactive cocktail making class, where you’ll be taught by the in-house mixologists to make (then drink) a selection of five seasonal cocktails.

The classes focus on 100% involvement – every guest uses fine liquor, fresh ingredients and specialist equipment to make their own cocktails in their own area behind one of the custom-built cocktail bars. Non-drinkers will also be catered to, with a top quality selection of 0% options – no-one gets left out!

The class starts with a complimentary cocktail upon entry to your dedicated masterclass lounge. You’ll then be guided through the background and concepts of mixology & cocktail making, and learn fundamental techniques.

Then it’s time to get hands-on with every guest making (and drinking) four cocktails before indulging in some healthy competition as each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make their own original cocktail. Who will be crowned the cocktail making champions?!

During the class you’ll enjoy a selection of small plates including options like ox cheek croquettes, charcuterie and/or hummus sharing boards and cheesy garlic bread. Or you could opt for a buffet meal including options like Cornish Fish Bake and Texas Chilli Con Carne. Vegan and vegetarian options available.

From here you’ll head for an evening of sociable and confetti-filled fun at your choice of Aldgate or Hackney locations!
