You’ll set off on a canoe from a floating base resting on the River Lea, a remarkable river & an essential trade route for centuries. Starting in Hackney Wick, you can explore Wick Woodlands, Walthamstow Wetlands, the Olympic Stadium & beyond by canoe.

A team of qualified watersports professionals will show you the ropes & their stable fleet of boats are suitable for all abilities. The team take fun seriously – with a focus on friendliness, they’re the experts for adventures on London’s waterways.

On the day, the crew will meet you to kit you up and take you through the basics on dry land before you set off on your own adventure. All your equipment is provided & generally people stay mostly dry.

Or the Olympic Canoe Cruise – for groups wanting a scenic journey circumnavigating the Olympic Stadium.

Also available is Canoe Litter-Pick – a great way for your group to have fun on the water & give something back to the environment.

After your canoeing adventure, you’ll hop back onto dry land for your rooftop party at The Milk Float.

Located in the heart of Hackney Wick, The Milk Float is just a three-minute walk from the station. It’s a unique bar featuring an indoor cabin and a flame-heated roof terrace with water views, making it a perfect place to end the day. The rooftop is exclusively yours for 2 hours.

Your group will enjoy the famous Taco N Fries. The menu includes shredded chicken, pulled beef or pork and pulled mushrooms with chipotle fries.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated.

To accompany the tacos, bottomless drinks will be served for 2 hours, including pints, prosecco, house wine & mocktails.

For groups larger than 44, full venue hire will be available, which includes the indoor cabin.
