What You Need To Know

COCKTAIL MAKING CLASS

Your team will enjoy a cocktail masterclass in which you’ll learn from in-house mixologists to make (then drink) a selection of four seasonal winter cocktails in a specialist workshop in Shoreditch. You’ll use fine liquor, fresh ingredients and specialist equipment in your own area behind one of the custom-built cocktail bars. Non-drinkers will also be catered to, with a top quality selection of 0% options.

In the two hour workshop starts with a cocktail upon entry to your dedicated masterclass lounge. You’ll then be guided through the background and concepts of mixology, and learn fundamental techniques before making your own cocktails. Next you’ll indulge in some healthy competition as each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make their own original cocktail. Who will be crowned the cocktail making champions?!

Next it’s a short taxi journey through Shoreditch for dinner at Mama Shelter.

Mama Shelter London is the perfect host for your festive celebrations – with a playfully designed restaurant, garden bar and Japanese-style karaoke rooms, you can be sure that fun is high on the agenda!

Serving up both local dishes and signature favourites, Mama’s restaurant is always buzzing. The three course set menu includes starters like “Seared Scallops, Shallot & Champagne Puree), and “Roasted Turkey Breast, Chestnut & Dry Fruit Stuffing, Braised Red Cabbage, Glazed Parsnips and Sprouts & Cranberry Jus” for main. Finish with dessert options including Gingerbread Ice Cream & Nut Brittle.

There’s also the option to add on a karaoke session – offering over 10,000 songs to help you flex your best X Factor performance. The rooms feature the most instagrammable decor in London, so rest assured your pictures will be amazing.
